We are seeking a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support ISO 27001 certification activities in the UK, alongside broader cybersecurity compliance initiatives across the EMEA region.
This role sits within the cybersecurity compliance function and plays a critical part in maintaining audit readiness, ensuring regulatory adherence, and strengthening compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions.
You'll collaborate with global teams and contribute to the ongoing maturity of compliance frameworks and processes.
Key Responsibilities 1. ISO 27001 Certification Support (Primary Focus)- Support the management of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) for UK-based sites
- Prepare for and coordinate:
- Internal audits
- External certification and surveillance audits
- Compile, review, and maintain audit documentation and supporting evidence
- Track remediation actions and support closure of identified gaps
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure audit readiness
- Provide on-site support during external audits where required
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance activities across the EMEA region, including:
- Compliance questionnaires
- Evidence review and validation
- Control monitoring and tracking
- Support additional compliance frameworks (eg PCI) where applicable
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, tools, and documentation
- Act as a liaison between regional compliance leadership, local stakeholders, and global teams
- Support audit communications, reporting, and status updates
- Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
- Maintain ISO 27001 compliance posture for UK operations
- Ensure successful audit preparation and execution
- Review and validate regulatory evidence and control effectiveness
- Support compliance reporting and documentation standards
- Contribute to regional compliance initiatives
- Provide flexible support across multiple compliance programs
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, or compliance roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISMS frameworks
- experience supporting internal and external audits
- Familiarity with control frameworks and evidence validation practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across concurrent compliance initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience working across EMEA or global teams
- Exposure to additional frameworks (eg PCI-DSS, data protection standards)
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimisation
