Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler to join our AI & Data team. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading data modelling initiatives and collaborating closely with key business representatives, data owners, application designers, and architects to design scalable and efficient data solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and understand data needs from end-users, architects, and business stakeholders.
Data Modeling: Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive current and new data models that align closely with business objectives.
Team Leadership: Guide and manage team performance, contribute to strategic decisions, and provide cross-team problem-solving support.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity by implementing best practices in data modelling and continuously evaluating processes for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential: Master proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
Recommended: Expert proficiency in AI & Data Processes, Data Quality Tools & Methods, Data Taxonomy, and AI & Data Strategy.
Experience: Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful data solutions in an enterprise environment.
