TimePlan Education are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Unqualified Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience teaching, instructing, tutoring, or leading groups of young people and are looking to further develop their career within education without currently holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Working in welcoming and supportive schools, you will play a key role in delivering learning, maintaining high expectations, and ensuring students continue to make progress in the classroom.
The Role
Deliver engaging lessons using existing lesson plans and resources
Lead classes independently across a range of subjects and year groups
Foster a positive and productive learning environment
Encourage student participation, progress, and achievementManage behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies
Monitor student engagement and provide feedback to relevant staff
Support the wider school community and uphold professional standardsThe Ideal Candidate
Previous experience teaching or delivering lessons to young people
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence working independently with groups of students
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people's development
Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
Experience in schools, tutoring, training, coaching, or similar educational settings is highly desirable
