SEN Teaching Assistants - Multiple opportunities available
Location: Corby
Salary: £95 - £100 per day
Contract: Full Time Temp-to-Perm
Start Date: Immediate, Delayed, and September 2026 starts available

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across a range of learning activities, helping them to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with teachers and therapists to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child can succeed.

Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one activities
* Encourage communication, independence, and confidence
* Assist with personal care where required
* Help manage behaviour positively and consistently
* Prepare learning resources and classroom activities
* Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external professionals
* Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Is patient, compassionate, and resilient
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Is committed to supporting children with additional needs
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Has a proactive and flexible approach
* Experience working with SEND and Disabilities is highly beneficial
* Experience in education is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided
