Senior Quantity Surveyor

A London based, Chartered Surveying Consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a prime/high end residential background to join their diverse Quantity Surveying team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Based a stones throw away from Piccadilly Circus, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an office of circa 20 staff who work within the private sector on high end / prime / super prime residential projects for clients across London and the Southeast.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Completed a RICS accredited / Quantity Surveying degree
Residential project experience would be a plus
Client facing / strong communicator
Good pre contract experience
Experience of working within a PQS / Consultancy environment
A track record of running your own projectsIn Return?

£65,000 - £70,000
Progression to Associate
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
