I'm currently working with an award-winning MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across commercial, healthcare, residential, life sciences, and data centre sectors.
This role would suit someone with proven experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages and managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing mechanical packages through the full project lifecycle
Leading project teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget
Managing procurement activities and project reporting
Client-facing responsibilities including progress meetings and stakeholder management
Working closely with commercial, design, and site delivery teams
Overseeing commissioning and project handover processesWhat They're Looking For
Experience working for an MEP contractor or main contractor delivering building services packages
Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects
Strong mechanical building services knowledge
Commercial awareness and programme management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
