Location: Havering, East London (Special School)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full‑time (32.5 hours per week)

Start: September 2026

Salary: £37,872 – £56,154 + SEN 1 Allowance £2,787 per year

A rapidly growing specialist provision is expanding its teaching team and seeking an exceptional SEND Classroom Teacher who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people with complex needs. This growth reflects the increasing demand for high‑quality autism and complex needs provision, and the school’s commitment to getting it right for every learner.

About the Role

You will be teaching pupils with ASD and/or SLD, delivering structured, engaging and personalised learning that supports communication, independence and emotional development.

The school is looking for someone who is:

* Resilient, creative and highly motivated to make a meaningful difference

* A strong team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to a supportive staff team

* Flexible in their approach and confident teaching across the full 19 age range (secondary & post‑16)
