My client are redefining how businesses harness data, analytics and artificial intelligence to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes. As a global leader in data and AI solutions, they partner with some of the world's largest organisations across insurance, healthcare, banking, retail and more.

They are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join their Insurance Analytics & AI team in London and play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions that power innovation across the insurance sector.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on engineering role for a technology professional who thrives across the full technology stack. You'll work at the intersection of application development, data architecture, cloud infrastructure and solution delivery, helping to build scalable, secure and high-performing solutions for leading insurance clients.

You'll collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers and business stakeholders to solve complex challenges and deliver modern technology platforms that create real business value.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop and support enterprise-grade applications using .NET, .NET Core and Python.

Create scalable, maintainable and high-performance software solutions.

Define and implement robust application architectures aligned to business, security and operational requirements.

Design modern data platforms including relational databases, NoSQL/document stores, dimensional models, data lakes and streaming architectures.

Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions spanning applications, data and infrastructure.

Provide expertise across cloud and on-premises environments, including Azure, containers, Kubernetes/AKS and virtualised infrastructure.

Champion modern SDLC and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated deployments, release management and agile delivery.

Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

Troubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure and data layers.

Contribute technical expertise within fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.

Apply insurance industry knowledge to support business-aligned technology outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience

Experience working within insurance industry.

Strong development expertise in:

.NET

.NET Core

Python

Deep understanding of modern data architectures and technologies, including:

Relational databases

NoSQL/document databases

Dimensional modelling and star schemas

Data lakes

Event-driven and streaming data platforms

Experience designing and deploying solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments.

Strong knowledge of:

Microsoft Azure

Kubernetes / AKS

Containerisation technologies

Virtual machines and infrastructure platforms

Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern DevOps
practices, including agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and version
control.
