P.E. Teacher – Chesterfield

The Supply Register is working in partnership with local schools in Chesterfield to recruit a P.E. Teacher for flexible supply opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about physical education and inspiring students to lead active, healthy lifestyles across Key Stage 3 and 4.

The role includes:
• Delivering engaging P.E. lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and adapting lessons to suit all learners
• Encouraging participation and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Assessing and tracking student progress
• Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Managing behaviour in line with school expectations
• Collaborating with department staff and wider school teams

We’re looking for candidates who:
• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching P.E. at secondary level
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Hold high expectations for student achievement and behaviour
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
