Own end‑to‑end client engagement, partnering with Service and Commercial teams to strengthen relationships and drive retention and growth.

Deepen executive‑level relationships with institutional investment offices and key BNY stakeholders to elevate client satisfaction and expand cross‑sell of BNY services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Global Risk Solutions (Performance & Compliance), resolving complex internal/external inquiries across performance measurement, asset allocation, attribution, risk, and investment analytics.

Coordinate cross‑functionally to align investment data, operations, and technology; accelerate resolution of data‑quality and complex technical issues to safeguard client outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Core competencies

Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; adept at toggling between deep analytical detail and high‑level narratives tailored to client sophistication.

Data and tooling: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL and visualization platforms; confident using query databases and analytical tools.

Investment data expertise: Deep understanding of investment data workflows, vendor data sources, and interactions across managers, administrators, consultants, and service providers.

Alternatives and derivatives: Familiar with alternative investments and advanced risk analysis; solid grasp of derivatives strategies and their impacts on performance, exposure, and risk reporting.

Regulatory awareness: Exposure to regional/country regulatory reporting and how performance/risk data underpins those disclosures.

Dutch Language & FTK Regulatory Expertise: Fluent in spoken and written Dutch, with good knowledge of the Dutch pension system and FTK (Financieel Toetsingskader) regulatory reporting requirements, enabling accurate interpretation of jurisdiction‑specific rules and effective engagement with Dutch pension stakeholders.

Experience

Extensive experience in relevant domains (Fund Accounting, Performance, Compliance), with a track record of delivering high‑quality analyses and client outcomes.

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics (or equivalent).

Preferred: Master’s degree and professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CIPM, CAIA, FRM, ACCA, CIMA).
