Our client, a global leader in education, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Assessment Operations Administration Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Process transcript orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems and established procedures.

Support schools, providing timely administrative assistance.

Respond to enquiries and communicate professionally via email with schools, students and examiners.

Provide general administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, document preparation and data processing.

Prepare paper transcripts for dispatch and ensure confidential materials are handled and disposed of appropriately.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in line with procedures and quality standards.

Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines during busy assessment periods.

About You

We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

Strong written communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.

The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

A flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Good numerical skills and accuracy when handling data.

Role Details

Start date: Monday 15th June 2026

End date: Friday 11th September 2026

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour

Location: Onsite (CF10)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
