We’re looking for five Team Members to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

As a Team Member at KP Snacks, you’ll be part of a close‑knit team that keeps our household‑favourite snacks flowing from line to shelf. Working on a fast‑moving production line, you’ll help make sure our products are made safely, to the right quality and on time.

This is a hands‑on role where teamwork, attention to detail and pride in what you do really matter. You’ll play an active part in maintaining our equipment, improving how we work and supporting a positive, inclusive team culture. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems and being part of something bigger, this could be a great fit for you.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

Comprehensive healthcare support – including Medicash Health Cash Plan, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care

KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary

25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more

KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

Running production equipment
Operate and monitor machinery to produce high‑quality snacks, following standard operating procedures to keep colleagues and consumers safe

Protecting quality and standards
Carry out quality checks, packaging and labelling to make sure every product meets KP Snacks standards

Owning Clean, Inspect and Lubricate (CIL)
Complete and take part in CIL activity for your area, including initial intensive cleans to restore equipment to base conditions

Finding and fixing defects
Identify, log and help resolve equipment defects, track losses and contribute to defect lists and shift action plans

Supporting continuous improvement
Maintain 5S standards, support basic maintenance and changeovers, contribute ideas, and help new starters or agency colleagues feel part of the team

Who are we?
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. Across more than 30 countries, over 15,000 of us work together to make the snacks people love – from Hula Hoops to McCoy’s. In the UK, we’re a team of around 2,400 colleagues, based across seven sites and our Slough HQ. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.

We’re committed to inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone belongs. If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you – your unique perspective could be just what we need. And if there’s anything we can do to make the process easier for you, just let us know.

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

Manufacturing or production experience
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential

A data‑aware mindset
Comfortable working with information, tracking issues and following a clear plan

A problem‑solving approach
Able to spot issues and use simple tools and teamwork to help resolve them

Technical confidence
Some technical mastery on equipment is beneficial, with the willingness to learn more

A hands‑on, safe approach to work
Happy to carry out physical tasks such as reaching, lifting and crouching, using the right safety equipment and processes
