As an Office Manager at Busy Bees Alderley, you will be a key part our administrative operations. Your role is diverse and involves coordinating visits from external contractors, managing office equipment, welcoming visitors, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Your friendly and professional manner will make you one of the go-to people for parents, staff, and external parties, ensuring our centre runs efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for everyone.

Essential skills and experience:

Previous experience using Microsoft systems

Business Management Experience

Ability to work on own initiative

Confident communicator verbally and written

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Flexible approach

Qualification in Early Years

Understanding of Nursery processes

Safeguarding knowledge
