Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into a leadership role where you can make a genuine difference to adults with complex healthcare needs living in their own homes?
This Adult Clinical Lead opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established complex care provider delivering high-quality community-based services across Northamptonshire. The role would suit a clinically confident nurse with experience in complex care, community nursing, ICU, HDU or long-term condition management who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of care and supporting frontline teams.
As an Adult Clinical Lead, you will oversee a caseload of complex adult care packages, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care delivery while supporting carers, nurses and wider multidisciplinary teams.

The Role
• Manage a caseload of adult complex care packages across Northamptonshire.
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct clinical supervision, competency assessments and spot checks.
• Support the mobilisation of new care packages and service users.
• Liaise with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Provide clinical oversight for individuals with complex healthcare needs including tracheostomy care, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
• Support safeguarding, incident investigations and clinical governance processes.
• Ensure care delivery remains compliant with CQC standards and organisational policies.
