A small well-established consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across heritage, residential, education, and public sector projects is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.
This role offers excellent exposure to both project and professional work, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of Building Surveying services across a range of sectors
Assisting with project work from design through to completion
Carrying out surveys, inspections, and preparing reports
Supporting contract administration and project management duties
Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
Working alongside senior surveyors to develop technical expertise
Assisting with professional instructions such as dilapidations and condition surveys
What we’re looking for:
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Working towards MRICS or with a clear ambition to achieve chartership
Some consultancy experience (ideal but not essential depending on level)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A motivated and proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
