You’ll be working for a major property maintenance and repairs company in the Hertfordshire area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Floor Layer.
I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Capenter that can do vinyl flooring or in a similar construction-related role.
As a Floor Layer you will be:
Install and replace vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles within void and tenanted properties
Fit flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lounges, and communal areas
Complete safety flooring installations, including cap and cove systems where required
Install flooring within care homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
Fit flooring in communal hallways, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and shared residential areas
Work within occupied (tenanted) properties while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism

Proven experience installing vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles
Experience working within social housing, including both tenanted and void properties
Own van and toolsThe role is offering the following benefits:
Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
Long-term work
