We are looking for an experienced Trainee Operator to join a busy manufacturing site. You will play a key role in the movement and dispatch of finished products.
⚙️ Trainee Operator
Shifts: Rotating 3-shift pattern or 4 on/ 4 off
6:30am - 2:30pm
2:30pm - 10:30pm
10:30pm - 6:30amPay Rate: £13.85- £14.73
💼 Role Overview
This is a great opportunity to join the production team as a Trainee. You will support the manufacturing process and learn how to operate extrusion machinery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Blending raw materials
Operating machinery to manufacture finished products efficiently
Monitoring production lines to ensure continuous operation
Identifying and reporting any faults or issues to the Line Manager
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment✅ Requirements
FLT licence (Counterbalance & Reach)
Willingness to learn and progress within manufacturing
Good communication skills and attention to detail🧪 Assessment Process
Colour vision test
Competency-based interview
