Barista & Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista & Mocktail Mixologist to craft high-quality coffee beverages and creative non-alcoholic drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a strong understanding of drink preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and teas to high standards

* Create innovative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and garnishes

* Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages

* Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and equipment

* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times

* Handle cash/card transactions accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience as a barista and/or mocktail maker (preferred)

* Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles

* Creativity in developing mocktail recipes

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

* Attention to detail and presentation

* Team player with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

* Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

* Fast-paced café or restaurant environment
