We are recruiting for an Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 contracts across Central London. Reporting into the Area Manager, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery across the portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while building strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

Your Role
Supporting the management and performance of approximately 30 cleaning contracts across Central London
Conducting regular site visits and quality audits
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting the recruitment, induction, training, and development of cleaning operatives
Managing employee performance and attendance across the portfolio
Ensuring service delivery standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are consistently met
Carrying out spot checks, audits, and compliance inspections
Assisting with staff scheduling and arranging cover where required
Resolving day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally
Supporting contract mobilisations and business growth initiatives
About You
Previous experience within cleaning, facilities management, or support services
Experience supervising teams across multiple sites
Strong organisational and communication skills
Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
Able to work independently and manage a busy workload
Ambitious and looking to progress within the FM industry
Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach to management
Location
Central London
All sites are located within Central London, and a travel card is provided, meaning there is no requirement to drive between contracts.
