New Permanent Opportunity - Area Cleaning Manager - Manchester City Centre - £35,000

Are you an experienced Cleaning Manager or Area Cleaning Manager looking for a role where quality is valued over quantity? Do you have too many sites and looking too reduce this? Would you like to work for a genuinely supportive, family-run business with excellent staff retention, strong values, and a reputation for looking after its people?

We are recruiting for an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of just four large, prestigious contracts across Manchester City Centre. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth within the business.

Reporting directly to senior management, you will have full responsibility for service delivery, client relationships, and team management across a small portfolio of high-profile sites, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional standards rather than managing an excessive number of contracts.
