We are currently recruiting for a professional and organised Receptionist to join a busy and friendly team based in Redditch. This is a temporary ongoing position offering full-time hours and an immediate start for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments
Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls professionally
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Booking meeting rooms and maintaining office calendars
Providing general administrative support to various departments
Filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
Updating internal systems and databases accurately
Assisting with data entry and general office duties
Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Requirements
Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, Administrator or Customer Service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
