Manage insurance administration tasks effectively, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
Utilise Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for documentation and correspondence.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of claims handling.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-focused experience.
Apply sound judgment based on knowledge of insurance principles and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
