The Role – Coordinator of Learning (Art)

Lead and develop the Art curriculum across the department.
Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality Art lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Support and mentor colleagues within the department to drive outstanding teaching and learning.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and achievement.
Promote the school's ethos, values, and commitment to excellence.
Attend and contribute to departmental and whole-school meetings.
Play an active role in the strategic development of the Art department.

Essential Requirements – Coordinator of Learning (Art)

Permanent position starting September 2026
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Must have experience teaching Art.
Leadership experience is desirable.
Must be available to work full-time.
