Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve enquiries and provide outstanding support
Process orders, returns, and product-related queries efficiently and accurately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Address customer concerns professionally, providing timely resolutions and building strong customer relationships
Support customers with product information and advice, ensuring a positive brand experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Positive attitude with a proactive and team-oriented approach
An interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness would be advantageous
