£45,000-£50,000

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the QMS
Lead and develop the Quality team
Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance
Reporting directly to the managing director Skills & Experience:

Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. AS9100)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to read engineering drawings
Leadership and communication skillsPackage:
