Airmid Healthcare are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers for work based in the Worcester area. Paying up to £19, we have regular work available for the right candidates, with both Full Time and Part Time work available
This is not your typical support worker role. You'll be supporting individuals with Autism to live a fulfilling life, explore their interests, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and within the community.

What You'll Be Doing
Your role will focus on building a positive and trusting relationship with the clients we support while encouraging them to engage in activities that matter to them and promote their independence. This is alongside other duties such as below
Complete daily records and interactions using our digital care management system
Contribute to support planning and positive outcomes
Follow Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
Assist with household responsibilities including cooking, cleaning, maintaining the vehicle, staff areas, and grounds
Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to ensure high-quality support is delivered at all times
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
✔ Mandatory Health and Social Care Training
✔ CPI/MAPA Training
✔ Experience supporting individuals with Autism
✔ Knowledge and understanding of:
Trauma-informed support
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ A calm, patient, and professional approach
Shift Patterns
Our client operates a flexible rota covering:
Long Day: 07:30 – 20:30
Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00
Early Shift: 07:30 – 14:00
Late Shift: 14:00 – 20:30
Weekend and holiday working will form part of the rota.
