Portfolio HR & Reward are proudly working with a global organisation specialising in the media and entertainment space, who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis; with the potential for an assignment extension.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 3 months
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely
Annual Salary: £35,000-£38,000
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
Support the full employee lifecycle activity including contracts, promotions, transfers and leavers.
Assist with payroll administration, benefits and HR reporting.
Provide first-line HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees.
Ensure HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies.
Essential Criteria
Must have experience with using the system SAP in a similar role.
Must have experience with using the system SuccessFactors in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.
CIPD qualification or working towards this is desirable.
Ability to be onsite 4 days per week in the Central London office.
