Job Title: Estimator
Job Type: Permanent, Full time - site and office based
Location: Office - Dartford, Site North London area
Rate of pay: £40k per annum DOE

ARC are currently looking for an Estimator with a commercial background to join a growing property maintenance and refurbishment company.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
Review specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope and costs.
Support tender submissions and pricing proposals.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate project costing.
Requirements:

Previous estimating experience within property maintenance, construction, or refurbishment.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
