Refrigeration Engineer – London & Surrounding Areas
Up to £49,000 Basic | OTE £70,000+ | Major Transport & Infrastructure Sites
Are you a skilled Refrigeration Engineer looking for a role that offers variety, stability, and excellent earning potential?
We're recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a well-established and growing refrigeration specialist, working across some of London's most high-profile transport and infrastructure locations, including rail networks and airports.
The Role
You'll be carrying out a mixture of reactive breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of commercial refrigeration equipment, including:
* Display refrigeration
* Walk-in cold rooms and freezers
* Ice machines
* Integral and remote refrigeration systems
* Associated commercial refrigeration equipment
This is a fast-paced, reactive role where no two days are the same. You'll be trusted to work independently while being fully supported by an experienced operations and technical team.
What's on Offer?
Up to £49,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £70,000+ through overtime
Choice of Ford Transit or Vauxhall Vivaro company van
1 in 6 call-out rota
Ongoing overtime available
Stable, long-term work across prestigious sites
Strong technical support and management team

What We're Looking For
* Experience working on commercial refrigeration systems
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* F-Gas qualified
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Excellent customer-facing skills
