Paint Sprayer Vacancy in Basingstoke!
Our client, a reputable bodyshop within a well-established UK-wide accident repair network, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their team in Basingstoke. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled automotive professionals to develop their careers within a supportive and professional environment.
Benefits for the successful Paint Sprayer:
Salary up to £54,600 per annum
Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm, with a 1 in 2 Saturday morning rota (when required)
Modern, clean working environment with state-of-the-art facilities
Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays

Comprehensive benefits packageDuties of the Paint Sprayer:
Complete vehicle painting tasks from start to finish, including preparation, priming, painting, and polishing
Accurately paint both full and partial vehicle panels such as bumpers
Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer repair times
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow health and safety guidelines at all timesRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer in an automotive environment
Ability to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good communication skills
ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential
Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work
