Are you confident delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in a secondary school setting?
Do you have strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning?
Are you looking for a long-term Cover Supervisor role within an Outstanding grammar school?

The school combines traditional values with a modern outlook, placing a strong emphasis on ensuring every student feels valued, supported and recognised as an individual. Supported by a dedicated staff team, the school is committed to both academic excellence and student well-being, reflected in its Outstanding Ofsted rating awarded in October 2022.
The school is looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis with an immediate start. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering a range of subjects while maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged in their learning throughout the school day.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive and proactive attitude
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
In return for the above you can expect to receive:
