Are you an experienced Insurance Account Manager?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Insurance Account Manager to join a well-established and highly respected commercial insurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert advice, exceptional service, and tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

Essential:

Minimum 3–4 years' experience handling a broad range of commercial insurance products

Strong knowledge of the UK General Insurance market
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable:

Cert CII or DIP CII qualification
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and efficiently.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for insurance requirements.
Handle client queries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and support.

Identify opportunities to support business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and enhanced client engagement.
Requirements

As Insurance Account Manager, you will also be expected to:

Deliver exceptional levels of client service.
Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to work.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
Manage workloads efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
