This rewarding role involves working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of additional learning needs, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Support pupils with ASD through structured routines and personalised learning strategies.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils can thrive.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and parents to support pupil progress.
Monitor, assess and celebrate achievements, no matter how big or small.
Promote communication, independence and confidence both inside and outside the classroom.The School Offers:
