This role is designed for nurses who want to slow the pace, regain control of their day, and practise nursing the way it should be. You’ll work independently but never in isolation, with strong clinical support and a clear weekday structure that protects your work–life balance.
Package & Benefits
Salary £35,000–£39,000 per annum, depending on experience
Fully expensed company car and fuel card or car allowance of £4,877.50 plus mileage
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, with the option to buy more
NMC fees paid
Contributory pension scheme

Key Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and contribute to ongoing care planning for adult patients
Deliver hands-on clinical care while providing education, reassurance, and support to patients and carers
Work collaboratively with local NHS services and wider multidisciplinary teams
Maintain high standards of clinical governance, documentation, and patient safetyAbout You
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
Full UK driving licence
