Blue Arrow has exciting new Permanent opportunity for a Chef De Partie (CDP) In Richmond - IMMEDIATE START for a friendly, family-run café focused on fresh, high-quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive, hands-on environment.
You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
Manage a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
Assist in menu preparation
Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef/Owner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areasKey Skills & Experience
Essential Skills
Basic to intermediate cooking skills
Good understanding of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Safety)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good time management and organisational ability
Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
Ability to work alone on occasionsDesirable Skills
Experience in a café, brunch, or casual dining environment
Basic stock control and ordering experienceWorking days: 5 in 7 Days per week (Usually Tue to Sat)
Hours: 7am to 3.30 each day
ALL Overtime Paid
* Company pension scheme & annual leave (28 days)
