The Role

As an SEN TA, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs. The school is looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA who can build positive relationships and contribute to a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
Assist with the delivery of differentiated learning activities
Adapt resources and learning materials to meet individual requirements
Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes

About You

The ideal SEN TA will be patient, caring, and committed to supporting children with additional learning needs.

You will:

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude
Be committed to helping pupils achieve their potential
Have previous SEN experience (desirable but not essential)
