The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of specialist HVAC equipment, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Installing, commissioning, servicing, and repairing HVAC systems and Mechanical Pumps
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within their product range and root cause analysis
Provide concise and accurate reports on work performed on-site, completing all associated job paperwork accurately and on time
Providing excellent on-site customer support and technical advice
Identifying opportunities to recommend upgrades or additional services
Supporting internal teams with detailed fault analysis and reporting
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and ISO standards

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a field service engineering role
Strong knowledge of Mechanical Pumps/HVAC systems (essential)
Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical processes, particularly within relevant industries such as manufacturing, construction, or mechanical services.
Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background
18th Edition (desirable)
Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
