Are you seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are working with a top-rate law firm in Glasgow, who are seeking a motivated Patent Paralegal to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

To be successful, you will have at least a year of experience working within a patent support role. Strong patent formalities experience is required as well as docketing skills; those from a records or renewals background may also be considered. A CIPA qualification might be advantageous, but this is not essential.

Within this role, you will be providing high-level administrative support to Patent Attorneys. You will be drafting and filing patent & design applications; acknowledging official communications; liaising with IPOs; updating clients on their cases; maintaining cases within the firm’s IP management system; keeping track of important deadlines etc.
