Product & Stock Manager - Southampton | £28,000 + bonus + excellent benefits - Full-time | 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

We're excited to be working with a growing, globally recognised business to recruit a Product & Stock Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who brings energy, curiosity, and a real appetite to learn. If you've gained some office-based experience and are now looking to step into a more commercial role, this position will give you hands-on exposure to how products are managed, priced, and delivered within a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining and updating product and supplier data across internal systems
Supporting product set-up, pricing updates, and ensuring data accuracy
Building relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and internal departments
Assisting with stock control, reporting, and analysis
Supporting promotions, product launches, and wider projects
Gaining insight into product performance, margin, and commercial decision-makingWhat we're looking for

A graduate or early-career professional with administrative or coordination experience
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel skills are a plus)
Comfortable working with data, systems, and processes
A proactive, positive attitude with a real willingness to learn
