Talent Guardian are working with a well-established business based in Poole who are looking to appoint an experienced Funeral Director to join their dedicated team.

This is a highly rewarding and important role, supporting families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. You will play a key part in ensuring funeral services are delivered with professionalism, compassion and attention to detail.

The Role:

Meeting with bereaved families to arrange funeral services in line with their wishes
Providing guidance on all aspects of funeral planning, including legal and administrative requirements
Coordinating all logistics for funerals, burials and cremations
Liaising with clergy, celebrants, cemeteries and crematoria
Overseeing the preparation and presentation of the deceased with dignity and respect
Managing funeral day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
Maintaining accurate records and handling all documentation efficiently What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Funeral Director
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A compassionate, professional and discreet approach
Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures
Ability to manage multiple arrangements in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence What's on Offer:
