Responsibilities
* Carry out high-quality MIG welding on aluminium components and plates used in pylons and substations.
* Manufacture and assemble components for infrastructure upgrade projects.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
* Work to tight tolerances and quality standards.
* Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
* Complete weld tests as part of the recruitment process.
Requirements
* Proven experience in aluminium MIG welding.
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
* Experience working to specified tolerances and quality requirements.
* TIG welding experience is desirable but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship standards.
* Candidates must provide their own welding mask and overalls for the weld test
