A well-established garage in Oxfordshire is looking for a hands-on Senior Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician. This is a chance to take the lead as Supervisor in a busy, modern workshop where quality and customer trust are everything.
What you’ll do as the Senior Automotive Technician:
Lead complex diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Mentor and guide junior technicians and apprentices.
Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and top-quality workmanship.
Support the owner in building a high-performance, professional team.
Requirements of the Senior Automotive Technician:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
MOT Tester qualification.
10+ years’ vehicle mechanics experience, including diagnostics.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience supervising or mentoring is a bonus.
