The Role
Our client is a leading international financial institution with a strong global footprint, providing a comprehensive range of corporate and retail banking services. The organisation supports clients across trade finance, investment banking, and capital markets, with a focus on enabling cross-border commerce and long-term financial growth. What you'll do

  • Own and operate the end-to-end change governance framework across CTB, RTB and BAU, ensuring appropriate controls are applied based on risk, complexity and impact.
  • Coordinate and support key governance forums, including IT Committee, IT ExCo, RRB and TCAB, ensuring accurate papers, clear decisions and tracked actions through to closure.
  • Maintain portfolio-level visibility through high-quality reporting on status, risk, dependencies, costs and benefits, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and decision-ready.
  • Oversee change and release governance, including forward scheduling, conflict resolution and production readiness controls, ensuring standards and mandatory artefacts are met.
  • * Identify, analyse and escalate systemic risks, trends and recurring issues across the change portfolio, providing insight into control effectiveness and delivery health.
  • * Drive governance maturity and continuous improvement, manage audit findings and remediation, and develop dashboards covering volumes, outcomes, service impact and key performance indicators.

What you bring

  • Banking experience with a background in change management or change delivery within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, controls and regulatory-aligned operating environments.
  • Experience working within PMO structures, supporting portfolio oversight, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to operate across change and release management processes in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and producing clear, structured governance reporting.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
