Job Description:

Merchandiser

Gloucestershire, UK (Hybrid - 1 day WFH)

Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week (8:30am - 5:00pm)

£45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)

Infinite Talent is working with a fantastic E-commerce brand who are looking for a Merchandiser that can hit the ground running with their newly established Merchandising Department.

In this role, you will plan and trade product propositions alongside the wider Merchandising team and cross-functional teams to satisfy customers' expectations and business financial budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product and Design to develop detailed assortment/category plans and market performance.
• Utilise WSSI and Terminal Stock controls to manage Sales, Stock + OTB planning
• Demonstrate a full understanding of Merchandising Systems.
• Analyse performance in season, driving team action plans, recommendations and adjust future months alongside Product + Design.
• Oversee planning + in season management of stock levels.
• Support the management of delivery schedules, management of Intake + deliveries.
• Manage and mentor a Merchandise Assistant.
• Substitute for Merchandising Lead in key meetings.

What you will bring

• 4+ years of experience as a Merchandiser (preferably within retail or E-commerce).
• Proven experience with WSSI Merchandising tools.
• Direct experience in managing a Merchandising Assistant.
• Advanced fluency with Excel and Microsoft Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Open-to-buy (OTB) management.
