HSQE Advisor
Location: Regional role with UK-wide travel
Salary: £40,000 + benefits
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSQE Advisor to support the delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental objectives across a diverse multi-site environment.
Working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance, drive compliance, and help embed a positive safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of HSQE policies, procedures and management systems.
Provide advice on risk management, including RAMS, COSHH, PPE and safe systems of work.
Conduct site audits, inspections and engagement visits to monitor compliance and identify improvements.
Lead or support accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective root cause analysis.
Assist with risk assessments and support operational teams in managing workplace risks.
Support internal and external audits, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Deliver HSQE training, toolbox talks and awareness initiatives.
Provide HSQE support for projects and contract mobilisations.
About You
NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
Experience within a multi-site or field-based environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
Desirable:
IOSH Membership.
Environmental and/or Fire Safety qualifications.
Experience working with ISO management systems.
