We are recruiting on behalf of a modern, purpose-built nursing home in Bedford that provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care within a supportive and well-structured clinical environment. The service has a strong reputation for delivering person-centred care and maintaining excellent standards of safety, dignity and wellbeing for all residents.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will join a dedicated care team responsible for delivering safe, effective and compassionate nursing care. You will ensure residents’ clinical and personal care needs are met to the highest standard, while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.
Working closely with senior clinical staff, you will contribute to the ongoing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, ensuring all documentation and care delivery meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
Administer medication safely and accurately in accordance with procedures
Carry out clinical assessments and monitor residents’ conditions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation
Support and promote resident independence, dignity and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with the wider care team and healthcare professionals
Respond effectively to changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
Ensure compliance with all clinical governance and regulatory requirementsAbout You
Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
A compassionate and person-centred approach to care
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and complianceWhat’s on Offer
