Leicester
Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

The Company:

Our client is a successful and growing business that delivers projects and services across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Contracts Co-ordinator to support their operations team and ensure projects are delivered efficiently from enquiry through to completion.

The Role:

This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of contracts and projects. Working closely with managers, suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers, you will coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the administration and coordination of multiple contracts and projects

* Obtaining supplier quotations and sourcing materials, equipment, and services

* Raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries

* Preparing project documentation and job packs

* Coordinating accommodation and logistics for operational teams

* Liaising with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments

* Checking supplier invoices and resolving any discrepancies

* Assisting with tender submissions and compliance documentation, including RAMS

* Maintaining accurate project records and contract files

* Providing general administrative support to the operations team

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have:

* Previous experience in an administration, contracts, procurement, logistics, or project support role

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally

* A high level of attention to detail

* Good Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills

* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
