We are currently seeking a Temporary Administration Assistant to support a busy office based in Launceston for a short-term assignment

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

* General administrative support including filing, scanning, and document management

* Data entry and updating internal systems accurately

* Handling incoming emails, phone calls, and enquiries professionally

* Scheduling meetings and managing calendars

* Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

* Supporting team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately

About You

* Previous administration or office experience is desirable

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
