The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Deputise for the Director of Strategic Communications
- Lead a high-performing strategic communications team
- Oversee major cross-organisational campaigns and programmes
- Champion a data-driven, insight-led approach
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, including AI in communications
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders

- Proven experience delivering strategic communications in complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder and matrix management experience
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
- Experience leading teams and delivering multiple high-impact projects
- Strong understanding of insight-led communications and performance measurement
