Painter & Decorator – Location: Portsmouth
Rate: £160 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Start Date: Immediate Start
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment programme across Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
The role will mainly involve prepping and painting doors, frames, skirting boards and associated woodwork within residential properties. There will also be occasional work within care home environments, therefore a valid DBS certificate is essential.
Duties:
Preparation of surfaces including sanding, filling and caulking
Painting doors, door frames and skirting boards
Gloss and satin woodwork finishes
Ensuring a high-quality finish on all work completed
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working professionally within occupied properties and care homesRequirements:
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
Valid DBS Check (Essential)
Own brushes, rollers and hand tools
Full PPE
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Own transport preferredWhat We Offer:
